For some reason, my views on death are summarized by the plots of the Final Destination movies; minus the visions of impending deaths and deaths not necessarily in the grotesque manners in such movies. Those ideas include some of the quotes from those movies:
"If you die, they're just just dead, and they don't know."
"Death has a conscious plan, and has there been put setforth in motion."
And to add to this, I also believe of the inevitability of it and I don't wish to forcibly live longer than I have to. (Getting turned into a vegetable to live for 20 more years isn't my idea of life. Also note that while I did enjoy the FD series of movies, I'm not one of those people that believe everything in the media.)
Also, if I had the choice, I wish to be the one that lands the killing blow on myself. (Yea, I don't really want to use the Suicide word that much because of ideas such as Suicide being cowardly and "Friends and Family will miss you".)
