In first year, I got stuck taking a Geology class... The teacher was completely unconcerned about Global Warming due to how the current change in temperature hasn't deviated from the norm at all when looking at it from a geological perspective. It's been completely normal so far. I obviously can't attest to the veracity of that or the following comment, but he also said that human influence has only increased by 3% the total emissions of greenhouse gasses and such, as compared to all of the others (such as volcanos, trees, animals, etc.) Heck, trees alone apparently account for ~30%... TREES!
