I'm questioning on whether this is a good or a bad thing..

I'd consider child-like mid-set a good thing. Children are free from certain limitations we, as adults, seem to care about a lot. I've learned growing up isn't always the most exciting thing in the world, but it's something we have to do. Childrens' mindset means they are free to explore the outstanding possibilities that we lose sight of when we turn to adults. That's not to say that all adults change their mindsets, and it is these types of people that advance our technology and world possibilities.

I say kudos to you who can enjoy the little intricacies of life.

On another note, learning to balance when and where to use such a mindset is the key to living a fulfilling life in my opinion o_O
