80%? o_O

The 80% add +1 stat, much like a 100% scroll would. Wiire forgot to point out a couple small details though:
The Scrolls and glasses are given once every 24h by each npc, but the glasses aren't guaranteed to be permanent. Permanent glasses are somewhat rare. Also, all scrolls are cursed, meaning if you fail, 50% chance of boom (hence the 80%)

But yes, this was imo a great event. Everyone gets a chance at good glasses, shame they look fairly bad.
