Which virus protections should I keep?

i use super antispyware and it works fine. if you forgot the password or whatever to nod32, just keep avast or switch to microsoft security essentials. i think it's the best free antivirus out there at the moment. since antivirus is geared more towards viruses, it's good to keep an antispyware program alongside it also.
