They don't affect your vision. The colored iris sits around your pupil so you can see fine.
They work on any color I'd imagine.

That's for girls/women. I dunno about men, you'd probably have to go with an American brand for that, but it's a good example.
ODDLY ENOUGH, that company is based in Germany...but its' main target is Asians because it makes their eyes look fuller.
