Warriors do need the HP they are given. It is part of their class. They need to be able to tank things that ranged classes don't have to deal with.
This game is not like other games. The difference between 4600 and 4700 HP is the difference between being able to train at O4 and getting killed in one hit. HP is not a CON stat, it's just a limiting factor that limits level of entry, makes Zakum's body a threat for certain classes, Horntail's legs a threat for certain classes, etc. Adding HP isn't supposed to "make things easier." If you can't take a hit from whatever you're fighting, you either shouldn't be fighting it or you're doing it wrong.
