1. The initial effects of the "no content" and the "low level content" both affect the high level characters the same way-nothing.
2. Since when were noob monsters awesome? Papulatus, Zakum, Horntail and Pink Bean are way cooler than...Mano and Stumpy.
3. Assuming you played the same amount of time as a "noob," you'd still be a higher level than them, so you don't have to deal with them.
4. Yeah this new crap made levels 1-70 easier.
