Exp Formula Returning Back To Normal?

It really depends. The bishop that I train with is actually happy to have me bottom because I kill fast enough to clear the entire spawn. Sure she kills a lot faster than me, but I'm doing a not insignificant portion of the killing. On the other end of the spectrum is people who beg to "train" with Bishops and end up relying entirely on the Bishop's kills and only kill enough to keep the spawn going.

I train with FluffyFoxxie and his gf at O4 sometimes, and our share of kills is not completely unbalanced. It may not be 1/3:1/3:1/3 but none of us is pulling over half the weight.
