because it takes time to translate all the stuffs from korea to english. even if KMS release a friggin cool content, it's not like SEA will get it right after KMS, nexon need to translate it to english first. to tell you the truth, right now we're speeding up way fast, i just hope that we wont ran out of content. it's not about jealousy or anything, just concern about the future.
oh, and when you rush things up, you'll end up with crappy english content. well, most SEA wont care since we speak crappy english ourselves (yes, including me). but sometimes, too crappy translation just spoil the game.
