Exp Formula Returning Back To Normal?

At Skeles you're not killing the same mobs so it comes down to how fast you can kill. All mobs will split 80% for the one who killed them, 20% for the other person. Or, with HS, 110% to the person who killed them, 33% to the other person. Used to be 99% 66%. So yeah, this is kinda bad for 2 person parties with HS.

Ugh, I haven't done any parties like this after the exp change, but I was worried about the cap. That sucks! Two-person parties with HS are the best exp there is, and now it's being nerfed. Why wasn't the cap removed?
