They work hard, and risk their lives, luring and healing (and hs'ing) while the attacker kills. The new formula leaves them with very little exp for their troubles.
In fact, clerics and priests in party situations in general, suffer from this formula. It's not their fault they're not killing - that's the way their class is designed. It's a *support* class. Nexon should increase the amount of exp gained by Healing party members, to rebalance.
I actually agree with this, since I play a Bishop. Yes, Priests and Clerics definitely can't help it if they have to "party" any other character, considering that their main arsenal would be "HEAL". >_> You can't expect to find Heal-weak monsters everywhere, which is why partying was involved for easy of leveling, not saying leeching.
Back when I played a Cleric, I had to constantly party, I couldn't give a rat's-ass what class it was (unless it was another Cleric...), but I just needed to party, because it'd make my life easier. With this party-exp ratio now, Clerics and Priests have it bad. They'll start to see less Bishops now, because of this. I actually enjoyed playing my Bishop. :/
