For Manon's Cry, hugging Manon will do and you will not be dispelled.
Firstly, ensure that you enter the HornTail's cave after the Melee and Range class have.
Horntail isn't very difficult for non-Seduce bishops. However, you should be fine if you are wary of Dispel from Black Wyverns (summoned when you see an Orange Glyph appear from Mid Head), or when Mid Head opens his mouth and faint red lights appear. After the first dispel from the Mid Head, I believe it's a set amount of time before the next dispel (a few minutes).
I believe it's not very good to maintain Mana Reflection until the Tail is dead, of course you should have a high enough Mana Reflection at your level to make a difference.
If you are not in a 6/6 Party, please do try to dispel Defense Up (show your knowledge and experience!!!). Heroes usually don't notice it and so they do not Crash the buff. The arms do buff themselves, but without any notice so do try and dispel the Arms occasionally.
If you decided to tackle the Right Arm directly after the Wings, stay on the ground and prepare for Mass Seduction.
Remember to buff a lot, you never know when you might die or d/c, or have to replace another Bishop who has died or d/c.
I hate to say this but... true and experienced Bishops DO NOT spam heal. It really irks me when I see a Bishop spamming heal. The only time you could be spamming heal is if you are in a party attacking the Tail or following Seduce.
My main HornTail group's killing order is:
Tail -> Legs -> Wings -> Right Arm -> Right Head -> Left Head -> Mid Head -> Left Arm
This method proves to be very fast. The only risk is the early Mass Seduction.
Good luck and enjoy your first HornTail! It's a great experience
