The heads are pretty basic, you just heal and buff. It is possible to throw in some Angel Rays during Anti-Melee (lol).
The heads and the main will summon, Red Wyverns, Blue Wyverns, and Black Wyverns. Beware of the Black Wyverns. If they attack you successfully, you're dispelled.
In main body, during the Tail/Feet, turn off Mana Reflection. This will cause you to aggro other parts, which isn't wanted at the time. You can also make things hit the Right foot I believe, causing a stomping issue on the right, wiping out long range there (Unless they can take 10k hits w/ HB).
Now...
If you are healing the Right Side (Long Range party): You will be hugging the wall, and spamming heal. Every so often, a rock will fall down, hitting you for 2k damage, and knocking you away from the wall. There is a rope next to you, do not go past that rope, otherwise you will be taking touch damage by the tail. The tail touch damage is 25,000~, and it can stack with the Poison Myst that is laid down, dealing a passive 2,000. Being hit by the poison will not grant invisible frames.
If you are healing the Left Side (Melee / Tank(ish) Long Range): You will have more area to work with on the left side. You will have to watch out for people's health at times, but they should not be 100% dependent on your heals. Be aware that you will be taking stomp hits. Melee must grab aggro of the feet, so that the long range can survive and take out the tail. The stomps will hit for 9k~ and can inflict stun, be aware of your MP and HP at times. If you are using auto-hp/mp, it is always a good idea to have a manual key (of a different pot).
If you are healing Seduce: You will have to watch out for the Main Seduce. In GMS (Not sure about JMS), main seduce is picked apon the person who first enters. Everyone following after, will be the next in line. In example, if a Warrior is Main Seduce, and a Mage enters next, that Mage is 2nd in line of seduce. If the warrior dies, then the mage will now become main seduce until the warrior is resurrected. If the warrior uses a Wheel of Destiny, he/she will wipe his/her seduce ordering, and will be the last person to be seduced. There are 3 levels of seduce in Horntail: Left, Right, Jumping. Do NOT let the main seduce die, otherwise it may create problems.
If you are healing seduce (and are able to tail walk): I use the term Tail Walk here. During the fight, some Bishops may be able to walk over the tail, and survive the 25,000~ HP hit. This is amazingly good for seduce party.
In order to tail walk, you basically need a huge amount of HP for a mage (I'll edit, posting the number later), and max MP (30000). Therefor, you will need the following:
-Good amount of HP Equipment
-Power Elixirs
-Buffs on you at all time: Magic Guard, Hyperbody, Infinity.
-Some WDEF/MDEF might be good, but not priority (See formula threads)
Being able to tail walk allows you to chase the Main seduces when he/she is being throw to the right. It also allows you to be at the right side, and maintain buffs, and be more durable during the entire fight. You will become very flexible within the fight, but it is also very intense. After every tail hit, you must use Power Elixirs.
Also, even if you are not seduce bishop, it is always good to have HP equipment on for more durability within the fight.
---
In seduce party setup, it is best to have two Bishops at minimum. One on the left, and one on the right. This allows ease when it the main seduce gets sent to the right. Bishops who are not able to tail walk should follow him up til midpoint of the body, otherwise the tail will hit you.
Note: Part of the tail is behind the body.
---
After the feet/tail are dead, it is alot less intensive til mass seduce. Mass seduce will only happen when either hand gets below a certain amount of hit points. If the Right hand is dying, it will mass seduce 10 people. The Bishops must follow there party members being seduced. If the group kills the hand(s) before the heads, it will be more intense due to HT still being able to 1/1. Hands are never able to deal real damage, just MP Drain, and status afflictions.
The mass seduce will send 10 people into one direction. There are two levels of this type of seduce, left and right (no jumping!). It will be obvious when mass seduce happens, as a herd of people will go in one direction. Follow them. If none of your party isn't being mass seduced, you don't have to follow. Be aware, as a Seduce Bishop, Main seduce can separate from the crowd, as it is a different level of seduce. This will happen til the arm is dead.
Note 1: When left arm is dying, it will either mass seduce 10 people OR mass dispel
Note 2: When an arm dies, the main seduce's actual seduce amount is cut by 50%. When both are dead, there is no more seduce.
Note 3: Mass seduce is believed to be when the arms are at 10% HP.
---
For Wings as a Bishop, there isn't much to worry. The wings are able to do a super knockback, and that's pretty much it.
---
For the heads, Bishops only have to worry about Dark Wyverns and Mass Dispell.
Dark Wyverns will summon when the head is below a certain HP. The heads tell there HP by the type they summon. If the seduce party fails to mob the dark wyverns, watch out.
Mass Dispell will only happen when the middle head is below a certain amount of hit points. The animation is as a dragon was roaring. As the head gets closer to death, the more intense the mass dispel becomes.
(Uncertain, but Red Wyverns = 75%, Blue Wyverns = 50%, Dark Wyverns = 25%).

That should cover you, I might as well add a graphical guide.
For anyone else: correct me if I'm wrong.
