My first run last week was not a very pleasant experience. I'm not sure if it is normal or if the patch we recent got in GMS was affecting HT like it has the rest of the game, but I was incredibly laggy throughout the entire run. I thought my computer would have been fine, since it can handle Zakum very well, but this was completely different.
The first two heads were peaceful, albeit laggy (~1 FPS), and all I did was spam heal and buff, but when HT was actually summoned, between the lagginess and the utter chaos going on the screen, I easily lost my character every minute. Definitely have your mini-map on, as I was using that just to figure out where I was until it got to the last three heads, when the frame rate became a little bit more normal.
Also, be prepared to die, but try not to. I ended up dying two times on that run, but luckily, the runners I was with had a good system for resurrection, and we had enough res to go around.
If you're not as laggy as I was (I must have been around 7 FPS on average that run) and you're attentive, between that and HB, you should be fine. Just remember to follow what your team says at all time, and good luck.
