2 battle ship > 20 Burst Fire?

Well,you need ONE point at BS.
Putting points on it,will raise it's cooldown,and will give you 10 DEF per level.
You want a 90 sec cooldown with 10 DEF,or a 5 min one with 100 DEF? ._.

Wasn't cooldown changed to where adding points doesn't change the cooldown?

Then again it might be different in KMS.
