Error: charging NX

lol, i have been getting a different type of error while trying to charge via paypal.

This was my ticket:

There seems to be a problem while trying to charge NX using my paypal account now. I successfully log into paypal and submit the order, however the normal receipt page doesn't appear. Instead an error page appears that states the following :
" An existing Paypal account is on record for this Passport ID. Please, use the appropriate Paypal account until the reset date."
This is the same paypal account and email I've used for nearly 3 years, I'm unsure why I'm getting this message.
