Oh Japan, we love you...

Most nations in the world are militaristic. Those that aren't exist under the umbrella of military protection, such as the smaller members of the UN.

If you think with countries like Iran around, the world can "disarm and be peaceful," you're dreaming.

I wasn't my thought at all. I'm just saying Japan can focus more of their money on technology because they're under military protection and don't have as much of a burden on national defense and militia expenses (like the US for example).
