Or they have to fraps it and have several GMs review the fraps and weigh in on what was happening. Either way, they're powerless and blameless.
As others have pointed out - 30 days means autoban got you.
It got me in ToT before I quit, just sitting in one of the empty maps between maps going through my inventory. Appeal refused, of course. That system is just jacked up.
