Ok I read the hints and the whole thing looks more complicated than it is described here. The situation in which you will be depends on the ending you got in the Future Tokyo before it got the expansion (there are 3 endings). One of them leads you to the situation, in which you cannot fight Aufheben in the Expansion, so to bypass it we need to analize what is happening earlier and which quest leads where. What you discribe here is a glitch, which sooner or later (or maybe never 
) will be fixed, so this will be no help at all. It helps, when you encoutered the second ending. The best solution would be finding out what can we do before the fight to not allow this happen.
