There are two statues in the boss room, you drop a teddy bear etc you get from lam infront of the statue for the boss to be summoned. Targa is on the left, Scarlion is on the right.
Quite often, the reason people will summon both is because these bosses alternate their usage of Magic Attack Cancel and Physical Attack Cancel, there's hardly any downtime between the use of them. By having them both out people will attack one of them, when it physical attack cancels, they switch to attacking the other one (if summoned at the right time they should alternate perfectly). Best idea if you decide to do this, is to only get Targa to about 30-40% hp for it's 2nd form, and have a warrior hold it against the one wall, while everyone else kills off Scarlion on the other wall.
