The underground temple map where Mu Young is has a special setting: You can only go out through the portal you came in. You can talk to Manji and he'll send you straight down to Mu Young for 10k, but you can't leave the underground temple map (IE you can't use Manji just to get down to Taurospears). That portal which says "You can use this portal" would take you back to Perion if you got down there via manji. The one above it contains Tristan.
