I've completed all the quests and can do the PQ. My girlfriend also has done it, but she's sleeping right now. Contact us sometime later today and we can do it with you.
(Be forewarned though, I heard that Olivia only drops 3 dolls each kill and you can only do the PQ 3 times a day, so...)
