Is the Mardia section dead?

"Mardia will die as the Chosen One reaches level 200...".

This section died long before a typical, one of the mil Night Lords reached level 200.

I believed these sections were suppose to be deleted, as they are probably one of the most, if not, most useless sections and underused as well on the entire forum. Nothing good comes from these sections anymore.
