im still confused about how this medal works, for example with the moon bunny pq

There's a chart somewhere, but it implies collecting the item for the PQ, ratio of attempts/victories, and total number of tries.

Something like that...


ALSO, does that mean, Dusk, that you only have HPQ left to apply for the medal?
