If you think that Nexon implemented the damn haunted house as a permanent feature just because poor kids whined and couldn't afford to buy something for around 1k NX to gain access, you are gravely mistaken.
I'm sure they followed their plan they had from the start, the only addition/change they made was to post early that it would be open for all after Halloween.
