all i want out of the haunted house are the toymaker quests back. im sorry, but not only do i get another shot at the toymaker's cape, but theres supposed to be some medal associated with the quests if you clear them all.
but OT: it was meant to be permanent, but people whining that it was originally made open to those with NX is what you got mixed up on.
