I don't really know how to comment. I wasn't around for NLC's initial release or even the Haunted House. First time I even went to the Haunted House I got killed by a fake Geist Rog and got scared like hell of the place. Good times. 
If versions decide to NOT implement the Haunted House permanently just for a real 'update' for Halloween, they'll work around that with NLC. I mean heck, JMS is already screwing around with Masteria as it is, they sure can deal with it fine if they can right now. And I'm confident KMS won't add Masteria at all since outside of GMS, Masteria is World Tour. (Like Zipangu in JMS, etc) KMS will try to make Masteria even better than it is already, which is difficult, if anything.
