I'm in KANTO, and I just beat Lt. Surge w/o a sweat with Lucario.

Infernape / Bibarel (Bibarel if I need to use a lot of HMs, Infernape for a fire type for certain situations, SUCH AS FORRETRESS against Koga, grrrr; Also, Infernape > Typhlosion due to better type coverage.)
