All other events end on the 22nd because NEW events start on the 23rd. The scroll exchange event starts on the 23rd which is what I said in my last post. Nexon always pushes holiday event patches off until the last second for whatever reason.
Last three Halloween patches in descending order (latest to earliest) October 14, October 24th, October 19th
