So lately I've been having odd dreams that involve me inside games. Yesterday it was Bomberman, and the day before was some FPS game. Both times, I was somewhere in between the point of view of a player (looking at a screen, bird's eye view for Bomberman) and the character I controlled. It's odd to explain, but it started game-like and gradually became more first-person as I went along.
In the first one (shooter), I was in some sort of warehouse, at night, hiding behind some crates with others on my side, and shooting at some unknown enemy. After a while of this, my allies disappeared (they seem to have just vanished one by one, or escaped) and I suddenly had no gun. This happened at about the time the dream was transitioning into first-person. I started running. I went through a door into another part of the building, which was exactly like my house but with the walls all dark gray/black, everything was black and white. I hid in my parents' bathroom, and that's when I woke up.
The Bomberman one was a little more vague. I remember the map had no edges, and the floor and sky were pitch-black, but the stone tiles stood out in color. At first it was just Bomberman as usual, but again the dream began transitioning into 3D, and then into first-person. As it was doing this, it gradually stopped occurring to me to use bombs, and I instead kept going left, away from the others. I was about a screen length away when the dream ended.
Oddly enough, in this second dream, I kept alternating between top view and first-person view even to the end of the dream - that's how I could determine I was a screen length away.
