Well go back into that room (it doesn't take an egg to go into the room) and the dragon will still be hatched. If you have a Nine Spirits Egg and a pendant with 3 slots, he will have a quest available. Just click him and he'll take an egg and give you an upgrade stone.
or was the quest added for people to farm/SoK the necklaces?
Where is this quest also, I am unfamiliar with it
