Yeah, I don't quite understand the physics behind the mini-black holes, I haven't done that advanced physics yet, but I fail to see how they could possibly destroy the earth. They simply wouldn't be large enough. Gravitational force depends on mass, not density, and even if they were super-dense, they wouldn't have the mass to destroy anything not superly close to them, which, in the LHC, will be nothing.
