Dark knight: Am I failing or what!?

Hp washing as a dk is actually worth it. You need as much hp as you can get, not only for training but also bossing, you could eventually zerk at bf if you wanted, and 15k hp does sound awesome to me.

Also I wonder what is the acc needed to hit all parts at 145, and let's not even take into account the 15 lvs of dmg reduction.
