The question isn't that i want to survive on some monsters, its just because there are loads of other training spots,i can't start farming time pieces, because i have less than 4k hp for dodo,i'll need to have 3k to train at oblivion 2,but don't want to use a 2k hp pot while being with 500-1k hp after each hit.
The spots that have such wonderful drops require to have enough hp to survive at least one hit,but since we don't have potions that act like elixirs,i die constantly at qualm guardians due to their magic attack, having to use 2k hp pots,3.3k hp,and staying with only 200hp after each hit,i would die instantly if i didnt run away at every hit.
Instead of having a lot of more dex at 130,but dying with almost every hit,i prefer to have a bit more, and become able to use other kinds of potions without feeling bad with the hp that it heals.
Specially for iruvatas, which drops the most valuable scrolls, shield matk and atk 60%,you need to have 4k hp,but don't want to be with 200 or less hp after each hit.
And,with the bonus dex that i would lose if i wear hp equips, like most of people do,top, bottom, hat, earrings,it wouldnt make a lot of difference.

Again, the problem with this logic is that damage does make a big difference at the levels we're talking about. My equips aren't amazing, but they're certainly not awful and I couldn't always 2hko Skeles without MW until ~140, and 3hkoing Oblivion Oracles is a huge deal because it gives you the ability to kill them faster than they can retaliate (no freezing required). You also need to 6hko them with Torpedo so you don't need to refreeze. You can't do this consistently until your buffed damage range is ~4600. Every level of AP you invest in AP means another level before you can deal the damage required to train there efficiently.

Even in versions that don't have 300 HP pendants, you'll have 39xx HP by low-mid 14x. That's enough to:

-train at Skeles
-train at Oblivion 2
-kill Pap
-kill Ergoth
-solo Left Pianus / kill Right Pianus with HB
-kill Zakum

Before 14x you don't even have a good level of Torpedo, good luck farming Time Pieces.

Getting the damage/skills necessary to train at the spots you want to is much more important than having a couple hundred more HP. I've got 44xx HP right now. Does that help me survive any better than I did when I had 4k HP? Not really. Not until I have the damage to 3hko Oblivion Chiefs am I planning to move up to Oblivion 4. I'm not worrying about my HP for that right now. And HT? I'm only 15x. Please.

tl;dr 100% 2hko Skeles, then add HP
