Reasons for a archmage to try for Lv 200?
#6
Exactlly the same reasons to hit it on any other dang class.... Just to do it. There's no brand new world that will open up when you hit 200, nor will u suddenly be a damagebeast. You get a mount, which looks even more dumb and retarded than the bishop's Bahamut, you get echo (yay...) and you get a medal. It's not as good as for the non magi, but come on 3 att more when you are 200 is not making much of a diffrence. Imo 200 is a goal because it's the end of the line of your Maple journey, not to give people some flaunting leverage. The day Nexon paired the so called ultimates of 4th job with NLC pots was the day lvl 200 became just another lvl to hit. Especially as a magi.

But more on topic, lvl 200 as a mage:

Pros: You hit 200 with way less effort than it would take for a non magi.

Cons: You are still not very wanted at bosses, because most of the community just sucks and cant get new ideas into their heads. Then again so what, I´m sure since you played all the way to 200 you've met enough people to go to bosses with anyway.
