I could totally see something like that used. My mother will be putting in her 2 weeks notice tomorrow. Then she is taking her 3 weeks vacation pay she has left and during that period she'll research and talk to a lawyer about what can be done, if anything. As far as I'm concerned, she should be compensated for the Doctor's visits because we all know going to the Doctor's is not cheap. She's been there more than 3 times since this incident.
