No.
If you have alot of funding Luk stands to gain more.
But Lukless will always be cheaper and be strong enough- (for training purposes at least).
Honestly I'd hold out on Luk.
Nexon hinted at Holy ELE wands when they posted the change.
And knowing Nexon when the money tree starts drying up a bit they'll come a shaking with a new toy.
