The problem isn't exactly because of people entering your room while you are out of it, it's rather people leaving their room (below you) while you're in your own.
Eventually, you'll enter the 'lowest' stable rooms and carry on like that, unless some Maple God decides it's not your day and sends his messenger to clean up your crap. Well then, too bad?
