Urgent Help. My computer will not perform regular computer actions.

Is there a best buy around or anything like that by you??, I don't know if you live in the USA or not??.. I know u said that you don't have any money though :/.. have you tried calling Dell?? Tis true though.. a lot of people can't really help w/ this type of problem unless they're right at the PC :/ It's way better to have a visual.

Yes I live in the U.S. and Dell computer service sucks so badly.
