Flame Wizards and Ele Wand 1

Any well-equipped Flame Wizard, whether its a lukless, low-luk, or normal can still do as well as one who has a Wand 1.

25% won't benefit you much? Why would people max ele amp then?
I'm not saying that they're worth what people are selling them right now, but to say that Ele Wand 1's make no difference (what you said), although I'm not a mage, doesn't add up. If it can solidify a 2-hit to 100%, something of that sort, which it may very well do, even moreso.
