with how fast people can get to 120 today, theres going to be a ton of lvl 120 flame wizards right out the gate. the issue is, how many people are going to sink hundreds of millions of meso into a char they will play to 120 and most likely quit? while demand for the ele wand will go up, i doubt you'll see a ton of people willing to pay as much for a lvl 70 wand as they would for the 130 wand.
here in bellocan a few merchants have been buying them and trying to resell for 700m+, its insane, and pretty stupid. no one plays fire mages as it is (and for a reason). flame wizard, while overpowered for its level, isnt going to change the fact that most will still prefer playing/making bishops. it isnt going to become an active bandwagon class. everyone i know will be making one to get to 120 and get the skill bonus on their main, not actually playing them.
given how easy it is to leech a char to 120 and the ability to get an ultimate, you'll most likely see people go for the cheaper wands than put any real money into a souped up fire mage. if you want a ult account to sell leech with your still better off going with a bishop. the best skill flame wizard has is a poison skill anyway. the ultimate is too nerfed given the pot use and slower casting time vs genesis.
at this point i think it would be better off waiting through the initial tidal wave and waiting for the ele wand 1's to come down to a rational price. at the moment too many think they can make them into the next cash cow and are buying them at foolish prices to inflate. (IE a merchant i know here in bello who paid 400m for a crap scrolled one and is now trying to get 900m, or selling ele wand 1 for the same price as a 130 wand xD).
