EDIT: Nvm, I still have my language set at Korean because I sometimes play KMS.
It's a locale problem. International and Language settings or w/e won't affect it. I have no idea why it just makes the medal text strange, though. It goes back to normal when you set your system locale to United States (some other settings probably make it display properly too).
