graphic cards is a VERY important component of your computer, the 9500 and the 8600 won't give you liquid frames at native resolutions and max settings. The better graphic cards will.
Plus right now is not a good time to buy PCs with AMD processors, because it is just not worth it anymore. Intel's got much faster/better and cheaper processors. If you want to buy prebuilt ones from ibuypower, get the one up there. OR if you can fork over more money, pick a different intel machine.
THAT is in my budget range but i dont like the Halo crap on the side can they take it off??
