Flame Wizards and Ele Wand 1

No, level 200s still leech, so level 120 cygnuses should still leech.

I don't think elemental wand/staff 1/2 would boost damage when elemental reset is up, but I'm not sure.

When we're talking level differences, a 110 Blaze Wizard would allow the leecher to gain more exp than a 13x Arch Mage. Only problem is that the Blaze would be weaker due to nerfed amp, no level 130 lukless ele wand, and only level 20 meteo :/ Reset could be slightly useful for leeching people at Harps, and CG leeching a level 105 with a level 110 would be a cool idea. Probably not as fast as newts, but kind of comical
Also, anyone gonna estimate what my ele wand will be worth? >
