Flame Wizards and Ele Wand 1

For a lukless/low-luk Flame Wizard, would an E Wand 2 be good for them, since it still gives a 10% boost and is cheaper compared to an average/below average E Wand 1/Maple Wisdom Staff? (unfunded)

I got a 82/3 clean ele wand 2, which I know is crap, but makes me wanna be Fire Strike build
Also helps in the early 70's to boost up Pillar's damage. The difference seems minimal, but it's like having MW 20 really
I don't think an unfunded could afford an EWand 2 though >.> After the release of Cygnus, when prices inflate at least.
Straying off topic, I know, but would it serve as my end-game weapon (Lukless)? I could 60% it I guess. Calculating my damage with meteo, it looks pretty impressive actually. Mmm, 40k's
