Connect to the wifi again and type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If prompted for a username and password, type "admin" into the password and hit OK (yes, username is blank). This is the default login info for Linksys routers AFAIK. If this doesn't work, then it could mean what Deviant said, and/or they changed their security scheme.
Another thing to try is to go to 67.223.236.240. If this DOES work, then you aren't able to locate the DNS server. I'm never sure how to fix this type of problem, best way is to contact the ISP people and get it resolved (but since this isn't your internet, you probably shouldn't do that xD).
