They are worth scrolling with those Agent Equipment Scrolls yeah (work the same as Chaos scrolls, just at a 100% rate). I assume you meant those scrolls though, cause buying real chaos scrolls for them would be a waste. xD
Have to be lucky though, the scrolls can easily remove the dex and luk from the earrings, happened twice to me.
The overall can be nice as well if you use Agent Equipment Scrolls on it, but again, you'd have to be lucky to get some good results.
Up to you what you do with them though. Keeping them clean means you can only use them for show. And by scrolling them with some luck, you can actually use them for the stats.
