Can the perm ult. Overalls be repeatably gotten?

Okay, I just got the Overall and it didn't take away any of my points, but in the screen where you can get that Overall along with the Level 10 one the Ult. one is marked red and says I already got it, so that might mean you can only get it once. Or you can only get it once per day.
