I/L wizard advice plz?

first of all, could you guyz try not to have major fights on my post? from what ive read skills all depend on how the players plays the game, depending if your more a soloist or a partyer the skills will be ussfell or garbage, im a partyer/mobor so hitting multiple enemies and party/single buffs suite me well. so for me TB and MED would be handy and used WISELY, truste me im far ahead of you guyz im allready training my self to watch buffs so when i do i can buff in perfect timing.
here is my current plan

lvl
30- 1 p TB
31- 1 p TELE 2 p TB
32 to 40- max out TB
41- 3 p MP eater
42 to 48 - Max MED + 1 CB
49 to 58 - MAX CB + 1 tele
59 to 64 - MAX tele
65 to 70 - MAX MP EATER

for my stats
for 4 levels all int
5th on luck
so

i guess i should have put this on to begining off the post. theres more complicated calculations but i am to lazy to post them.
Im also Planing to get maple weapons and esther shield (or other mage shields) so any help on acquiring this would be helpfull as well
